CEO / Co-Founder
Marc Van Der Cruyssen is the founder and driving force behind AbilyCare since 2016. With a background in Automation and over 20 years of experience in IT project management for the Engie Group, he has also spent a decade developing products and offerings in e-health. He serves as the President, Head of Sales, and Product Leader.
COO / Co-Founder
Eric Dorveaux is an engineer from CentraleSupelec with a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Automation. He has over a decade of experience in startups, including co-founding Sysnav. Specializing in motion measurement and gait analysis, he serves as the CEO in charge of R&D at AbilyCare.
CMO / co-founder
Lina Michelet is a general practitioner with a Master's degree in Health Informatics. After several years of medical practice, she now coordinates clinical trials and identifies new features for AbilyCare. She serves as the Medical Director and also oversees healthcare professionals using the device.
Business manager
Emmanuel is an expert in international business development, with proven experience in market expansion and the management of multicultural teams, combined with fluency in five languages. His dynamism, interpersonal skills, and passion for challenges are major assets to accelerate our growth. He holds the position of Sales Manager.
Chief Technical Officer
Dorothée Frénel holds a BTS in Computer Science and an MBA. With over 20 years of experience in creating innovative solutions, she also has more than 5 years of experience in the e-health and healthcare IT sectors. She serves as the Technical Director at AbilyCare.
R&D Engineer
Selwa Benkirane is an engineer with a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering. She specializes in translating complex algorithms into efficient and robust code. She holds the positions of R&D Engineer and Technical Lead at AbilyCare.
Lead Data Scientist
Sylvain is a specialist in gait and balance analysis. His research thesis focused on the analysis of locomotion and human activity in free-living environments. He brings his expertise in machine learning, neuroscience, and signal processing to solve complex problems in the healthcare field.
